電機驅動： 電動機通過減速機構驅動偏心輪或曲軸連桿機構。
隔膜往復運動： 連桿機構將電機的旋轉運動轉化為左右兩側隔膜的同步往復運動。
吸入行程： 當一側隔膜向后運動（向泵中心），其所在的腔室容積增大，形成負壓，吸入閥打開，排出閥關閉，流體被吸入該腔室。
排出行程： 同時，另一側隔膜向前運動（遠離泵中心），其所在腔室容積減小，壓力增大，吸入閥關閉，排出閥打開，流體被壓出腔室。
連續交替： 左右隔膜交替進行吸入和排出動作，實現流體的連續平穩輸送。中間空氣室有助于緩沖脈動。
